Description
The project includes research and analysis on the requirements of Directive 2003/98/EC of the European Parlament and Council on the re-use of public sector information, the current approaches of implementation of the Directive in the European Member States and the existing practices in Bulgaria on the use of information, generated in the public sector. In addition to the expert analysis proposals for approaches on the implementation of Directive 2003/98/EC in Bulgaria were presented and drawn up.
