The LEAGUE project has been successfully presented at this year’s edition of the Victim Support Europe Annual Conference. The event which took place in Berlin, between 07th and the 09th of June 2023 provided a mix of sessions – keynote speeches, panel discussions and workshop sessions. It is exactly the latter where LEAGUE held an interactive group-work session. Being part of the “In-Depth Case Examples of Fundamental Freedoms Violations” session, the LEAGUE team implemented the “Risk factors and Victims Identification” exercise in view of potential child sexual abuse. The multidisciplinary group of participants – from police officers, victim specialists, social workers, psychologists, lawyers, and students from all over the world, provided interesting insights and shared their own experience.

The LEAGUE team was presented by Denitsa Kozhuharova (Law and Internet Foundation), Vanessa Moser (SYNYO), Noemia Bessa Vilela (Ophiz), and Cinzia Broccolo (CESIE).

The project is implemented with the support of the CERV of the European Commission under Grant Agreement № 101049294.
