Norwegian Police University College (Norway)

The Norwegian Police University College (PHS) is the premier educational institution for the police service and county administrative officials in Norway. Its purpose is to provide fundamental training for service in the police service or county administration, further and continuing education for employees within the police service and to conduct research on police science.
