On July 10th and 11th, a partner meeting of the TESSERA project consortium took place at the Center for Security Technology in Madrid, Spain. Representatives from the "Law and Internet Foundation" presented the organization's participation in the project's work packages and outlined the upcoming tasks to be developed in the context of managing the legal and ethical aspects of the project's implementation.
The main goal of the TESSERA project is to create operational datasets for the needs of law enforcement agencies. Although this is a challenging task, the discussions among the participants were lively, fostering innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
During the meeting, various aspects of the topic were addressed, including the technical requirements for creating operational datasets, methods for data collection and analysis, as well as issues related to the project's legal and ethical framework.
