On 22th March 2019 the representatives of the project consortium gathered in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy to officially launch the SEYW project. The Head of Entrepreneurship and Social Responsibility Department, Rosaliya Kasamska, and one of our Legal Project experts, Dilyana Kutsarova took part in the kick-off meeting. The partners discussed the project objectives, outputs and results, as well as the forthcoming meetings, and agreed the project management and coordination plan.

The SEYW (The added value of Social Entrepreneurship in Youth Work) project is aimed at creating synergies between the social entrepreneurship and youth work. The youth work needs constant innovation and entrepreneurial attitude to face the challenges that European youth nowadays meet. Youth workers need to be ready to answer to these challenges in order not to let youth down and to offer them support and inspiration for becoming changemakers.

The project’s target groups are youth workers active in the field, interested and motivated in acquiring and willing to share innovative methods to support youth development, and staff of the organizations partners of the project.

The project is implemented under the framework of the European Commissions’ Programme Erasmus+, within Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Action: Strategic partnership for youth.
