Description
The project includes normative analysis on the existing legislation regarding the implementation of electronic governance, including primary and secondary legislation; normative analysis and comparison of the current practices implementing e-Governance in the EU Member States, as well as developing of strategic documents – proposals for further development of the legislation and improvement of the existing practices of implementing the Strategy for Electronic Government.
