On the 21st and 22nd of January the EMPLOY Consortium conducted an online staff training.The training was based on the topics, which are already available on the EMPLOY e-hub, and also regarded the Skills and Competences Handbook.
Our executive director assoc. prof. dr. Daniela Ilieva delivered the presentation on Business Communication Techniques for Beginners, while our colleague Hristina Bogia introduced the course on Job Interview Preparation. Moreover, as part of the event were presented the main functionalities on the EMPLOY mentoring platform and our partners performed a mentoring simulation.
The project is implemented under the framework of the European Commissions’ Programme Erasmus+, within Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Action: Strategic Partnerships for youth.
