Objective of the course is to acquaint participants with the legal framework - laws, ordinances and regulations relevant to the administrative responsibilities of the Yambol municipality. The corresponding legal framework includes the Electronic Governance Act, Ordinance on the Electronic administrative services, Ordinance on the Internal Flow of Electronic and Paper Documents, Ordinance on the General Requirements for Operative Interoperability and Operational Security, Ordinance on the Requirements for Uniform System for exchange of Electronic Documents.
Among the topics covered are the use of electronic documents and electronic signatures in connection with administrative proceedings; issuance, use and termination of electronic signature certificates in administrations, e-Governance Act and relevant legislation in the field.
