Description
The training included discussions on the concept of electronic signatures and electronic documents; applying for registration in electronic form; electronic signature verification (application and proof); accessing the Commercial Register by electronic means – company search and issuing of electronic certificates; acts on registrations and rejections in electronic form; company registration; activities of registration, erasure and declaration; preserving a company; publicity of the registry; registration procedures; appealing rejection; amendments in the Commercial Act related to bankruptcy proceedings. 50 representatives from Registry Agency have been trained.
