Preceding her role as a "Junior Legal Counsel" at the Foundation, she accrued substantial experience in public projects within one of the world's preeminent consulting firms. Complementing her legal background, Kristina holds additional specializations in management and psychology.

Maria Lachova graduated from Sofia University, Faculty of Law in 2022. In the period 2016-2017 she studied at the Bachelor's Program in International and European Law at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She has undergone a number of certification trainings at the European Human Rights Training Programme for Lawyers (HELP Programme) of the Council of Europe.

Polina Petrova holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in “European and International Business Law” (with a strong emphasis on Intellectual Property and New Technologies) from the University of Vienna (Vienna, Austria) (together with Stanford Law School), where she has graduated as an Academic Excellence Scholarship Recipient. Polina Petrova has gained a few years of professional experience at two intellectual property law firms, including in Singapore. She worked as a Legal Analyst at the European Commission, in Brussels, Belgium.
Rada Stoilova

Rada Stoilova holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law (LL.M) from the University of Cape Town (South Africa), where she gained valuable experience particularly in the areas of the international rights of the child and women's rights. Prior to her specialisation in human rights, Rada achieved a First-Class LLB degree in International and European Law from the University of the West of England in Bristol.
