Rada Stoilova

Rada Stoilova holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law (LL.M) from the University of Cape Town (South Africa), where she gained valuable experience particularly in the areas of the international rights of the child and women's rights. Prior to her specialisation in human rights, Rada achieved a First-Class LLB degree in International and European Law from the University of the West of England in Bristol.


Summary

In her previous role as a legal researcher at the Democratic Governance and Rights Unit in Cape Town, Rada worked on promoting gender equality within the legal profession and combating human rights violations affecting marginalised groups, including women, children, and refugees across the African Continent.

Rada's passion for human rights extends beyond her professional endeavors. She has extensive voluntary experience in the field. In 2022, she served as the Director of the SDG team of the UN Association for South Africa, UCT Chapter, where she focused on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
