On the 24th of July 2019 Law and Internet Foundation organised and conducted its first local activity in Sofia under the project “The added value of Social Entrepreneurship in Youth Work” (SEYW).

The participants were young people and youth workers from Sofia who have interest in the importance of social entrepreneurship and youth work. The main topics discussed during the first SEYW local activity in Sofia were the forms of youth participation, as well as the importance of sharing innovative methods to support youth development via social entrepreneurship. Law and Internet Foundation also presented the upcoming activities under SEYW and the opportunities for participation and contribution to the project by the young people at the event. The participants expressed their willingness to contribute to comparing the different perceptions of the meaning of social entrepreneurship in Europe and sharing good practices of social entrepreneurship methodologies that could be taken as examples and replicated.

The project is implemented under the framework of the European Commissions’ Programme Erasmus+, within Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Action: Strategic partnership for youth.
