Consulting Services for Determination of Unified Stakes for Fees for Activities Performed with Own Human Resources by Beneficiaries of Projects Financed by the European Union

Consortium ‘IDEIN-FPI-AFA’, established through a partnership between Idein Ltd, Law and Internet Foundation and AFA Ltd, was elected executor of a tender with the following subject: Consulting services for determination of unified stakes for fees for activities performed with own human resources by beneficiaries of projects financed by the European Union’ assigned by the Administration of the Council of Ministers.

The main task before the consortium involves the development of an effective framework and support for execution of the funds of the Common Strategic Framework of the EU 2014 – 2020 by means of preparation of specialised analyses in support of the Central Coordination Unit.

In the course of the project’s implementation, the following activities will be carried out:

• Analysis of the applicability of standard tables for expenditure for a unit by the beneficiaries of projects implemented with funding from the European Structural and Investment Funds;
• Preparation of standard tables for expenditure for a unit product for typical activities implemented with own human resources by the beneficiaries of projects implemented with funding from the European Structural and Investment Funds;
• Preparation of standard tables for expenditure for a unit product for organisational and management activities for projects implemented with funding from the European Structural and Investment Funds.

The project ‘Supporting the work of the Central Coordination Unit’, within the framework of which the present contract is being executed, is financed under Operational Programme ‘Technical Assistance’.
