Description
Procurement with subject “Drafting sample models for administrative structures of seven groups of municipalities and document templates regarding their organizational development” is to be developed by Law and Internet Foundation within its role of prime contractor, which is responsible for the realization of Lot № 2: “Development of draft legal acts, organizational regulations and other documents required by the municipalities”. In the framework of the assigned task, Law and Internet Foundations will prepare specific draft documents which will serve the municipalities as it comes to the fulfillment of their obligations under the Bulgarian legislation. The implementation of the assigned task is financed within the project “Elaboration of models for optimal administrative structures of the municipalities” under Operational Programme “Good Governance”.
