The project was presented by Ms. Elka Atanasova - a Project Leader and a Member of the Supreme Judicial Council, Ms. Zhechka Kalinova - a Manager and Prof. Dr. Georgе Dimitrov - a Leader of the Team of Consortium „FPI-IDEIN” - the contractor of main activities of the project, related to a preparation of program for professional qualifications of magistrates as well as organisation and conduct of the training events.
