FORMOBILE Technical Meeting took place on 11-12 December 2020 in Stockholm, Sweden. Partners from around Europe plus Kyrgyzstan came together in the Swedish capital for two days of group meetings and individual breakout sessions. The goal of the event was to bring together the main contributors from the technical and training work packages, creating a dynamic environment enabling useful and fruitful engagement for planning and implementation purposes.

Law and Internet Foundation (leader of WP2) was represented by Denitsa Kozhuharova and Kalina Ruseva.

Denitsa Kozhuharova conducted the First Data Protection Workshop held under WP2 aiming to underlay the foundations of data protection awareness across FORMOBILE activities.

The three-year-long project has the ambitious goal to establish a complete end-to-end forensic investigation chain, targeting mobile devices. In light of this, three main objectives are pursued – the development of novel tools; the creation of a single common European forensic standard; and the provision of a corresponding training for law enforcement agencies (LEAs).

The project is implemented with the support of the H2020 Research and Innovation programme of the European Commission under Grant Agreement No 832800.
