Description
The project is developed with regarding the necessity of effective instruments for prevention and fight against cybercrime, the adequate regulation of the legislation, the frequent modifications and development in the information and communication technologies and for seeking of qualitative possibilities for building knowledge and practical skills in the area. It includes analysis of the current situation in the prevention and fight against cybercrimes in Bulgaria and Romania, elaboration of recommendations for improvement of the legislation in the field of ICT Law, intellectual property rights, criminal law, etc., as well as training of magistrates on the characteristics of the crimes committed with the aid of information technologies.
The project is conducted with the financial support of the European Union, General Directorate “Freedom, security and justice” under the Criminal Justice Programme 2007.
