Last week the EMPLOY Consortium launched the mentoring e-Hub which aims at improving employability skills in a wide and diverse form. The platform developed under the EMPLOY project allows young people from groups at risk to connect with one another and to be mentored by coaches for free. Indeed, the e-Hub gathers mentors from different fields who have the necessary expertise and experience in guiding mentees on their way to the desired career. Moreover, the platform is available in six languages and offers a wide variety of courses ranging from career orientation to business communication and networking. Additionally, only registered users can make use of the available services and, most importantly, they can request Youthpass certificates after the successful completion of a course.
