Assoc. Prof. Dr. Daniela Ilieva-Koleva, Executive Director of Law and Internet Foundation, presents the latest trends in the process of successful communication to the Master students in “Business Analysis and ERP solutions” at the University of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship (VUZF).

Assoc. Prof. Daniela Ilieva-Koleva leads the course “Business Communication” as a professional trainer-consultant on Business Etiquette and International Protocol. Her profile includes extensive experience in business communication, intercultural communication and presentation skills.

Besides the techniques associated with written, verbal and non-verbal communication, the students receive fast effective techniques of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching, and specific presentation skills, turning them into strong and confident communicators and presenters.
