October 29, 2010 is the starting date for implementation of the Administation of the Council of Ministers's project "Organization and Conduction of Trainings for Local and Regional Authorities" by the Consultant Modern Management Consortium. The members of the consortium are Dicon Group Ltd, Idein Ltd, Law and Internet Foundation and Ciela Soft and Publishing JSC. Official partner in the project is The National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria.
The project is funded under OP "Technical Assistance 2007 -2013". It involves all 264 municipalities in Bulgaria and is going to present successful approaches to project management, consistent with the individual needs of each beneficiary. Over 140 trainings for representatives of regional and local authorities will be organized within the project, aimed at building capacity for absorption of Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund. Training topics are: Legal and financial aspects; Information and Publicity; Project management; Objective 3 of the EU Cohesion Policy; Public-private partnership.
