Mihaela Froloshka holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and an LL.B. with options in Economics from the University of Aberdeen (United Kingdom). She also holds a Master’s degree in National Security and Defense from the Rakovski National Defence College (Sofia, Bulgaria), with strong emphasis on Western Balkans.
Mihaela has gained extensive legal experience in the private sector, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, policy development, and international law. She has also gained experience as a Blue Book Trainee at the European Commission.

Mihaela has gained extensive legal experience in the private sector, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, policy development, and international law. She has also gained experience as a Blue Book Trainee at the European Commission. In this role, she conducted research for a project related to electric cars and battery plants in Europe, assisted in the creation of an implementing act for a Regulation, and attended working meetings in the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union concerning Regulations and Directives under interinstitutional negotiation.
Among Mihaela’s main professional interests are International law, cybersecurity, and international relations.
Outside of her professional activities, she enjoys reading, hiking and doing puzzles.
